As a high-speed inkjet printing equipment, UV inkjet printer may cause great economic losses if it fails. If we pay attention to maintenance at ordinary times, we can reduce the losses caused by machine failure. Today, the editor will introduce you the usual maintenance methods:
1. Inspection of working conditions of UV inkjet printer
1） Whether the connection of the power socket is reliable and whether the grounding is good;
2） Whether the control line and the connecting line of the irradiation head are loose;
3）Whether there are heavy objects pressing on the drive;
4） Check whether each inlet and outlet of the irradiation head and water cooler is clean and whether the ventilation is smooth;
5）Whether the lens of the irradiation head is clean;
6） Check whether the connecting wire of the irradiation head is loose.
2. Routine maintenance of UV inkjet printer
1）The water in the water cooling equipment will form some scale after being used for a long time. When these small particles and scale reach a certain degree, they will block the water channel, seriously affect the water flow rate, and thus affect the heat dissipation effect. So we need to change the water every month.
2）In order to ensure that each air inlet and outlet of the irradiator and water cooler is clean and ventilated smoothly, clean each air outlet 1-5 times a month, and wipe the surrounding of the shell and air inlet and outlet with a soft dry cloth when the power is off.
3、 In order to ensure the light intensity and uniformity, the lens of the irradiation head should be wiped at least 1-5 times a month. When wiping, the lens should be wiped with a soft dry cloth when the power is off.
