Safety guidelines for UV inkjet printers
1) First of all, using a UV inkjet printer requires trained professionals to perform maintenance.
2) After the UV inkjet printer is connected to the power supply, the relevant circuits will generate fatal voltages. Non professionals are not allowed to inspect and repair the circuit system.
3) The installation of UV inkjet printer should ensure its stability and security, must have a good grounding, and must be regularly inspected and maintained to eliminate potential safety hazards.
4) The UV inkjet printer must be installed in a ventilated and dark place, away from heat sources, ignition sources, and flammable and explosive materials.
5) UV should pay attention to the load power when installing equipment to avoid excessive load caused by multiple equipment connected to a single power supply, which may cause power supply tripping or fire.
Precautions for using UV inkjet printer
1) To ensure the best spray printing effect and normal use of the machine, please use the ink, cleaning agent, and moisturizing liquid specified by the original manufacturer. The use of ink, cleaning agents, and moisturizers that are not produced by our company can lead to machine failures, poor printing performance, and other issues.
2) Please do not mix different types of ink. When changing ink, be sure to drain the ink from the original machine and clean the ink path system of the device with cleaning fluid before adding new ink. Otherwise, this will seriously damage the machine and lose the right to a free warranty.
3) As ink and cleaning agents are flammable and combustible, it is necessary to ensure that ink and cleaning fluid are kept away from heat sources, ignition sources, and flammable materials, and that fire extinguishers are available nearby. The storage and preservation of ink should strictly follow the storage and use instructions for each type of ink, avoiding light and heat.
4) When the machine is working, do not look into the nozzle hole to prevent ink from splashing into the eyes or mouth. When handling ink or using cleaning fluid in general, be sure to wear goggles to prevent ink or cleaning fluid from gradually entering the eyes. If ink splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and go to the hospital for medical treatment.
5) When using ink and cleaning agents, if you come into contact with skin other than your hands, please clean them with plenty of water as soon as possible. And when operating, try to wear gloves. If your hands come into contact, it is also best to wash them clean as soon as possible.
6) During normal use, maintenance should be carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance manual, otherwise it may easily cause damage to the nozzle.
7) Only fully trained and qualified personnel can install, operate, and maintain the inkjet printer.
8) It is prohibited to disassemble the machine by yourself. If there is any problem with the machine, please contact our company.
9) When operating a UV inkjet printer, the plug and pull switch should be in the device shutdown state, otherwise the circuit board of the inkjet printer may be burned.
10) Setup, inspection, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting must be performed by qualified personnel. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
