1. Inspection of working conditions of UV inkjet printer
1). Whether the connection of the power socket is reliable and whether the grounding is good;
2). Whether the control line and the connecting line of the irradiation head are loose;
3). Whether there is any heavy object pressing on the driver;
4). Whether the air inlet and outlet of the irradiation head and the water cooler are clean and whether the ventilation is smooth;
5). Whether the lens of the irradiation head is clean;
6). Whether the connection line of the irradiation head is loose.
2. Daily maintenance of UV inkjet printer
1). After the water in the water-cooling equipment is used for a long time, some scale will form. When these small particles and scale reach a certain level, it will block the water channel, seriously affect the flow rate of the water, and thus affect the heat dissipation effect. So you need to change the water every 1 month.
2). In order to ensure that each air inlet and outlet of the irradiation head and water cooler are clean and ventilated smoothly, clean each air outlet 1-5 times a month. When the power is turned off, wipe the shell and the air inlet and outlet surroundings with a soft dry cloth.
3). In order to ensure the light intensity and uniformity, the lens of the irradiation head should be wiped at least 1-5 times a month. When wiping, it should be wiped with a soft dry cloth when the power is turned off.
