For UV inkjet printers, one of the daily maintenance tasks is ink squeezing. So why does the ink squeeze out or the squeezed ink come out very slowly? What should I do? I have summarized a few solutions for your reference. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
1. First observe whether each manual valve is turned in the correct direction and whether there is ink in the first-level ink cartridge.
2. First, determine whether the positive pressure pump of the UV inkjet printer vibrates or makes a sound when the ink extrusion button is clicked. If so, it means that the positive pressure pump can work normally. If not, it means that there is a problem with the positive pressure air path.
3. Determine whether the secondary ink cartridge of the UV inkjet printer has ink. If there is no ink, turn off the air valve and manually click the ink pump to pump ink to the secondary ink cartridge. If this operation causes the secondary ink cartridge to have ink, then It means that the float of the secondary ink cartridge has not fallen. The float in the secondary ink cartridge needs to fall before the ink pump can work.
4. If you manually click the ink pump to draw out ink and there is still no ink in the secondary ink cartridge, check whether the ink pump is normal and whether the one-way valve in the ink circuit is normal.
